Sons of Liberty Photo Essay

My, what a clever-looking game! Let’s play.

Phase One: Set Up
“I shall play Tory, and wear this fashionable wig. You patriot scum get those tricorn hats.”

Phase Two: Tutorial
“Um, so I’m playing a club, so I have to say something clever, right?”

Phase Three: Competence
“I’m getting the hang of this. Check out how awesome I am.”

Phase Four: Explosion!
“And then I ride the moose through the stained glass window and onto the zeppelin below!”

Phase Five: Gloating
“Ah, the electric feel of victory. Bite me, rebel scum!”
Many thanks to Meghann, Ryan, Vernon, Morgan, Turo, and Selene!

The game looks like great fun, and you’ve certainly gotten me excited about Sons of Liberty.
When can we pre-order customers expect to get our hands on the book and or PDF?

I hear that the pre-order copies are starting to arrive at their destinations now! You should have already got your PDF; I’ll shoot off another copy your way.

Is there anywhere I can download those handy character sheets you had at the game? I’d like to introduce this game to some of my not-so-gamer-y friends and they’re much more convenient then passing the book around repeatedly when picking out characters.

[...] The Sons of Liberty RPG. A fast-paced game of crazy, over-the-top, steampunk Revolutionaries fighting the British Man. Though, as the game points out, if you think that’s crazy, consider what the real Founders actually did, and you’ll have to admit that was pretty crazy and over-the-top, too. (Photos are here.) [...]
