I ask because I’m beginning to pick up on some fascinating stuff in games where some stuff can get you psyched to play in the absence of other people but doesn’t do much in many social situations, some stuff gets you psyched only with other players around to share the enthusiasm, and some stuff does both…
Yeah, that was my impression of the game too, but I was wondering if you were also finding that the mechanics were getting you excited by yourself too. And apparently they do.

Alex, I’m talking about the design that I got “mugged” by in the prior post.
Thomas — admittedly, this was by myself. I’m pretty sure it will have some fun dynamics with different people, though.
